We are frequently called upon to advise and assist
clients in the formation of new tax-exempt entities,
including private operating and non-operating foundations,
as well as publicly supported charities and other
tax-exempt entities. In addition to providing legal
advice regarding the appropriate form and jurisdiction
of organization, and preparing, filing, and prosecuting
applications for exemption, we have the experience
and expertise to evaluate tax-exempt business and
operational plans, including fund-raising, executive
recruitment and compensation.
